Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel online in your account, with no call and no form. To stop your next order from being prepared, cancel at least 13 days before your current paid period ends. An order already sent to the pharmacy cannot be stopped. Leaving a 6 or 12 month plan early is settled as our Terms describe, and medication not yet sent to the pharmacy is refunded.
