Testosterone therapy replaces testosterone directly, usually as a weekly injection, a daily cream, or an oral capsule. Sipra is not prescribing it yet: it is marked Coming Soon and you can join the waitlist. Enclomiphene, which signals your body to make more of its own testosterone and preserves fertility, is marked Coming Soon as well.

  • Testosterone, bioidentical testosterone in a transdermal base

Your medication, the labs that confirm your levels, every physician review and follow-up, 24/7 care-team messaging, supplies, and shipping. The full cost is shown before checkout.

You are never locked in. You can pause or cancel anytime from your online patient portal, with no phone call and no fee, and enclomiphene in particular is easy to start or stop. Canceling in the portal does not cancel any active orders already sent to the pharmacy. If your order is pending, contact us at [email protected] and we will help.

“Low testosterone is common and very treatable, but the number on the lab is the start, not the whole story. What matters is confirming it with bloodwork and choosing the option that fits your goals, then monitoring it over time.”

Testosterone questions, answered

Not yet. Testosterone replacement and enclomiphene are both marked Coming Soon at Sipra, and you can join the waitlist for either one. We will contact you when they are ready.

Joining the waitlist is how you tell us you are interested. It does not start treatment. Nothing is charged unless a physician approves a plan after launch.

Testosterone replacement therapy supplies testosterone directly. Enclomiphene is different, because it signals the body to make more of its own testosterone. Your physician helps you choose, and fertility goals are a big part of that decision.

Symptoms like low energy, low drive, or poor sleep have many causes, so they are not enough alone. Low testosterone is confirmed with blood tests and a physician review. We never start treatment based on symptoms alone.

Yes. Treatment is based on lab-confirmed levels, and follow-up labs are part of staying safe. When we launch, you will be able to share recent results or have labs ordered.

Testosterone replacement can lower sperm production and may reduce fertility. This is one reason enclomiphene is being offered as a different path. If you want to father children now or later, tell us on your intake.

Testosterone treatment can cause acne, fluid retention, mood changes, and a higher red blood cell count, which labs help watch. Enclomiphene can cause headache, hot flashes, or vision changes. Tell your care team about anything new, and your physician can adjust or stop treatment.

Men with prostate or breast cancer, untreated sleep apnea, or a very high red blood cell count may not be a fit. Men who want to father children soon should talk with their physician before starting testosterone. Your physician reviews your full history.

Sipra is cash pay, and no insurance is needed. FSA and HSA funds can be used. Details on plans and pricing will be shared when each treatment launches.

Yes. Once treatment is available, you will be able to cancel online anytime, with no phone call and no form. You can also leave the waitlist whenever you want.
