Wisp menopause review: cost, care and alternatives

Wisp is a women's telehealth brand. Its menopause consult starts at $33 a month and covers the consult, follow-ups, and care team access. If you are prescribed hormones, Wisp sends them to your local pharmacy and you pay for them there. Here is how that model compares with Sipra.

What Wisp menopause care is
Wisp connects you with a menopause provider online. After an intake, the provider can prescribe estradiol as a patch, gel, or pill, and progesterone as micronized progesterone, Provera, or another oral option. Wisp sends the prescription to your local pharmacy the same day.
Wisp says it is trusted by more than 2 million people and shows a 4.3 company rating. It accepts HSA and FSA payment.
Wisp menopause pricing in 2026
Wisp lists the menopause consult from $33 a month. That covers the consult, follow-ups, and monthly care team access. Medication is not included: you pay for it at your pharmacy, and what you pay depends on the drug and your insurance.
Sipra prices the medication into one number. The HRT cream (Bi-Est, estradiol and estriol) starts at $95/mo, estradiol tablets with progesterone at $190/mo, the brand Dotti patch with progesterone at $390/mo, progesterone alone at $85/mo, and vaginal estradiol at $99/mo. Membership is included in each price.
With Wisp you pay twice: once for the consult, once at the pharmacy. Add both before you compare.
Where each one falls short
Wisp's real cost is the consult plus the pharmacy price, which you will not know until the prescription is filled. Medication is an added cost on top of the $33 a month.
Sipra's HRT cream is compounded. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not the same as, or equivalent to, any branded product. Sipra does not bill insurance, so you cannot use a pharmacy benefit, and it does not offer an estradiol gel. Sipra backs longer plans with the Sipra Promise, which refunds medication not yet sent to the pharmacy on 6 and 12 month plans if you stop partway through.
