Nurx sells Solstice, a hormone therapy system built on bioidentical estradiol and micronized progesterone. It lists Solstice from $95 a month. A footnote on the same page says prescription costs, lab work, and OTC products are not included, and Nurx does not serve every state. Here is what each service gives you, and where Sipra fits.

What Nurx Solstice is

Nurx is an online women's health service that now offers menopause care. Its hormone therapy is called Solstice. It pairs bioidentical estradiol with daily micronized progesterone for people with a uterus, and adds topical vaginal estrogen as an option for dryness and discomfort.

You take a short quiz, a licensed clinician reviews it, usually within 24 hours, and the care team handles refills and dose changes by message. Nurx says more than 2 million women have trusted it and shows a 4.7 rating on its page. Its pitch is personalization: you and the clinician can change the ratio of estrogen to progesterone instead of staying on a fixed dose.

Nurx HRT pricing in 2026

Nurx lists Solstice starting at $95 a month and says the care is HSA and FSA eligible. A footnote on the same page says prescription costs, lab work, and OTC products are not included, and that the offer applies to new members who joined on or after February 18, 2026. Ask what the $95 covers before you pay, and whether your estradiol is a pill, a patch, or a cream, because the page does not say.

Sipra prices each hormone product on its own. The HRT cream (Bi-Est, estradiol and estriol) starts at $95/mo, estradiol tablets with progesterone at $190/mo, the brand Dotti estradiol patch with progesterone at $390/mo, progesterone alone at $85/mo, and vaginal estradiol at $99/mo. Membership is included in each price.

Compare the price of the exact product you would take, not the lowest number on the page.

Where each one falls short

Nurx does not serve every state, the footnote leaves medication and lab costs open, and the page does not name the estradiol form you would receive. If you need a specific form, such as a patch, ask before you start.

Sipra's HRT cream is compounded. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not the same as, or equivalent to, any branded product. Sipra does not bill insurance, and testosterone for women is Coming Soon. Sipra backs longer plans with the Sipra Promise, which refunds medication not yet sent to the pharmacy on 6 and 12 month plans if you stop partway through. Sipra is LegitScript certified, certificate 50053943.
