What Choose Health is, and who it is for

Choose Health is an at-home blood testing company. You order a panel, collect a few drops with a finger-prick dried blood spot card, mail it back in a prepaid envelope, and CLIA and CAP accredited partner labs process it. Results land in an online dashboard with physician-reviewed notes and AI-generated recommendations. The company says it has run more than 150,000 tests.

The menu is broad and specific: metabolic, liver, kidney, thyroid, adrenal, cardiovascular, male and female hormone, fertility, methylation, and GLP-1 support panels. Biomarker counts range from a couple to twenty or more depending on the panel. It is a good fit for someone who wants one number checked from home, quickly and cheaply, without signing up for anything.
