BodyLogicMD says it works with accredited compounding pharmacies. It does not name them.

BodyLogicMD pricing in 2026

The Advantage Membership is $79 a month, cancel anytime. It covers specialist access, hormone panels at member pricing, your treatment plan, and monitoring. Treatment is sold at member pricing, and BodyLogicMD does not publish those prices.

Sipra prices the medication into one number. The HRT cream (Bi-Est, estradiol and estriol) starts at $95/mo, estradiol tablets with progesterone at $190/mo, the brand Dotti patch with progesterone at $390/mo, progesterone alone at $85/mo, and vaginal estradiol at $99/mo. Membership is included in each price.

BodyLogicMD's $79 is the membership. Treatment and lab panels cost more on top.

Where each one falls short

BodyLogicMD does not publish its treatment prices on the pages we checked, so ask for the full cost before you join. The membership runs every month whether or not you change treatment.

Sipra's HRT cream is compounded. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not the same as, or equivalent to, any branded product. Sipra does not offer in person visits, injections, or pellets, and it does not bill insurance. Sipra backs longer plans with the Sipra Promise, which refunds medication not yet sent to the pharmacy on 6 and 12 month plans if you stop partway through.
